Why Can't I get Takeout in Peace?

Sometimes I don't feel like cooking on a Friday night. I have a few restaurants close by that make a nice salmon salad, I like to eat healthy, and this allows me to treat myself to a night off from the kitchen.

What I don't understand is why can't I order takeout at my local restaurant, and wait for it in peace?

For some reason that is too much to ask, instead it's an opportunity for obnoxious men to harass me. This has happened to me far too many times, and even once at Starbucks.

If a man is attracted to me but too cheap to spend $7.00 to buy me a drink so he can approach me, do not try to hit on me by doing the following, I will embarrass you.

Don't watch me order and pay for my food then ask me where we are having dinner when it arrives. It's not funny or cute, and neither are you.

My question is this, "Has that line ever worked, has being cheap ever gotten you laid?"

I am so sick of Canadian men who think women should pay for their time, especially when they are out of shape, and out of style. I look after myself and I'm attracted to men that do so as well.

Eat some vegetables, lay off the beer, go to the gym, heck go to H&M and get an outfit that is currently in style. But do not yell across a restaurant at me.

"I don't buy cheap men, who have no class, dinner," that's the nicest response you'll get, and that's if I'm in a good mood.

I really need to get this I'm desperate sign removed.

Do not ask a woman who is a complete stranger to buy you shit!

It's pathetic, be a man.

Where are all the real men at?
